Indiana RN Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCS-Clinical Specialist to execute clinical team functions within Revenue Cycle Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute clinical team functions within Revenue Cycle Services, ensuring compliance with documented standards
• Support the collection and maintenance of accurate, timely patient-specific information in medical records
• Accept feedback from leadership to identify barriers and improve processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Clinical work experience and familiarity with medical terminology
• Understanding of medical record requirements, regulations, and policies
