A company is looking for a Senior Blend Support Administrator to provide advanced technical support and ensure platform stability for the Blend Point of Sale system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage escalated Blend support cases and ensure timely resolution
- Act as a subject matter expert for Blend platform issues and troubleshoot configurations
- Collaborate with teams to resolve integration issues and lead root cause analysis on recurring problems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting Blend or similar mortgage POS platforms
- Experience with Blend configuration, user roles, and workflow setup
- In-depth understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle and compliance requirements
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for Blend system issues across user groups
