A company is looking for a Care Advocate Coordinator I to support members in navigating healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member experiences through inbound/outbound calls in a contact center environment
- Act as an advocate for members, resolving issues and connecting them with appropriate internal resources
- Utilize technology and internal tools to understand members' paths and next steps in their care journey
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, or call center environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
