Key Responsibilities
- Lead business planning and develop strategic roadmaps for customer product adoption and success
- Drive customer retention and adoption by addressing issues and demonstrating the value of solutions
- Provide proactive engagement across the customer lifecycle and identify expansion opportunities for core and non-core products
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline - Preferred
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in customer success with a focus on delivering value
- Proven ability to act as a business advisor across various products
- Experience in building relationships with stakeholders from C-level to end-users
