A company is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and achieve quality outcomes with a goal of one call resolution
- Support pharmaceutical companies by gathering and entering data from patients, providers, or pharmacies for copay card activation and troubleshooting
- Maintain communication with leadership regarding patient status and program effectiveness while following established guidelines and escalating complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months previous call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft products
- Ability to type 30 WPM while conversing
- Experience in a confidential information environment
