Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and achieve quality outcomes with a goal of one call resolution
  • Support pharmaceutical companies by gathering and entering data from patients, providers, or pharmacies for copay card activation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain communication with leadership regarding patient status and program effectiveness while following established guidelines and escalating complex cases as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months previous call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft products
  • Ability to type 30 WPM while conversing
  • Experience in a confidential information environment
