A company is looking for a Project Based Bilingual Spanish/NonBilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers and build rapport to address their concerns
- Provide essential information regarding healthcare access, benefits, and coverage
- Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center or health plan call center preferred
- Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
- High computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
