Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and training, including software installations and troubleshooting
- Schedule and complete follow-up appointments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Conduct onboarding for AutoFluent Pay and participate in testing and documentation of program changes
Required Qualifications:
- Customer service work experience, including phone and email support
- Fluency with MS Windows desktop operating systems
- Ability to view issues from the customer's perspective and understand business impacts
- Experience in handling individuals with varying moods and behaviors tactfully
