Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance and training to customers regarding software and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support and training, including software installations and troubleshooting
  • Schedule and complete follow-up appointments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Conduct onboarding for AutoFluent Pay and participate in testing and documentation of program changes
Required Qualifications:
  • Customer service work experience, including phone and email support
  • Fluency with MS Windows desktop operating systems
  • Ability to view issues from the customer's perspective and understand business impacts
  • Experience in handling individuals with varying moods and behaviors tactfully
