Required Qualifications

- Experience in a similar IT role or highly technical environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting web applications and general systems
- Familiarity with SQL databases and web technologies (Java, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with network protocols and operating systems (Linux/Windows)
