• Position Type: Full-Time, Remote, • Monolingual and Bilingual speakers needed • Location Requirement: Must reside in Nashville TN or within 25 miles or 45 minutes from Nashville TN. • Start Date: September 2, 2025 • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST (through October 17, 2025) • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST (Final shift will be assigned before training ends) • Bilingual Pay: $18/hr. We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to join our Benefits Customer Support team. What You’ll Do • Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees • Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy • Track, log, and follow up on all cases and transactions • Escalate recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers • Explain and apply HR and benefits policies and procedures • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards • Follow established protocols and work independently on routine tasks • Support peak volume periods and attend all mandatory training sessions What You Bring • Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or benefits-related role • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in Spanish • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities • Reliable, distraction-free home office • Commitment to perfect attendance during training To Move Forward, Please Complete the Following Steps: Step 1: Review the Job Description Ensure you have read and understand the responsibilities, requirements, and expectations of the position listed above. Your results must meet the following minimum requirements: • Download Speed: 25 Mbps or higher • Upload Speed: 10 Mbps or higher • Ping: 175 ms or lower Note: The test must be conducted while using a hardwired Ethernet connection — Wi-Fi is not compatible with the equipment provided by the client.
