- 1+ years of experience in Big Data, AI, or Data Science
- 5+ years of experience in Training, Customer Success, or a related field
- Experience in creating and leading customer-focused programs
- Technical understanding of training curriculum and certifications
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
