Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone-based customer service to patients and community members
• Schedule medical appointments accurately using EPIC software
• Follow workflow tools and enter required data with a high level of accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling medical appointments
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Ability to follow workflow tools, directions, and schedules consistently
