Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding insurance coverage and policy maintenance
- Assist customers intending to cancel their coverage by providing information about policy benefits
- Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate database
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Must type 30 words per minute; pre-employment assessment required
