Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Auto Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 40 inbound calls daily, providing professional and timely customer service
• Assist with various customer needs including policy support, billing inquiries, and new business onboarding
• Ensure compliance with regulations while navigating multiple systems to assist callers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Active property & casualty insurance agent/producer license is required
• At least one year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance industry fundamentals and policy administration
• PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
