Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPC Support Team Lead to oversee customer service operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily customer service operations and support team members
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and HIPAA regulations while training new hires
  • Provide backup for customer service functions and maintain communication with management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to pass annual HIPAA examination and a 90-day ROI Certification course
  • Post-offer health screenings and vaccinations may be required
