Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Community Based Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of clinical and nonclinical staff to achieve quality service and production expectations
• Facilitate problem identification and resolution to improve member experience while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage team performance, including coaching, training, and mentoring new staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of managed healthcare experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Managed care experience is preferred
• Active, unrestricted State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), Social Work license, or Counselor license is preferred
