Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and enterprise customers, understanding their business objectives and challenges
- Serve as the internal advocate for customers, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure their needs are met
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management
- Solid understanding of Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training
- Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and delivering exceptional satisfaction
- Ability to provide strategic guidance to customers to achieve their learning and development goals
- Experience in owning and driving renewal opportunities as part of a Customer Success Manager role
