Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and enterprise customers, understanding their business objectives and challenges
  • Serve as the internal advocate for customers, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure their needs are met
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management
  • Solid understanding of Learning and Development, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and delivering exceptional satisfaction
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance to customers to achieve their learning and development goals
  • Experience in owning and driving renewal opportunities as part of a Customer Success Manager role
