Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to clients' and corporate policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
