Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide support and communication between the Plan and its members, as well as other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate direct communication between the Plan and members, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in various systems
- Assist members with understanding their health coverage and resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and billing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Less than 1 year of experience as a Customer Call Center Representative, with a minimum of six months preferred
- Medical office certification, including knowledge of medical terminology, is preferred
