Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide support and communication between the Plan and its members, as well as other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate direct communication between the Plan and members, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in various systems
  • Assist members with understanding their health coverage and resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and billing


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of experience as a Customer Call Center Representative, with a minimum of six months preferred
  • Medical office certification, including knowledge of medical terminology, is preferred
