Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support & Solutions Representative to assist students and faculty with inquiries in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve inquiries from students and faculty via phone, chat, and email
  • Educate and troubleshoot technical support issues related to university platform tools
  • Document incidents and escalate issues to higher levels in the technology department
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of related experience in an inbound technical support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and web browsers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to a diverse range of customers
