Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience as a pharmacy technician in a support or call center setting
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification or State License preferred
- Eligible for state registration, certification, or licensure as required by state
- 1+ year experience in a high-volume customer service or healthcare call center
- Proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheets
