Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal (CDN) Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the most senior technical authority within the global support team
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level support engineers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CDN services
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a CDN level III support role
  • Strong experience with Linux server administration and scripting languages (PHP, Bash, Python, JS)
  • Knowledge of CDN architectures and caching logic
  • Experience diagnosing DNS resolution issues and SSL configurations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to address client feedback
