Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal (CDN) Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the most senior technical authority within the global support team
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level support engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CDN services
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a CDN level III support role
- Strong experience with Linux server administration and scripting languages (PHP, Bash, Python, JS)
- Knowledge of CDN architectures and caching logic
- Experience diagnosing DNS resolution issues and SSL configurations
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to address client feedback
