We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with proven property management experience to join our fast-paced team. This requires multitasking — we are looking for someone who has directly handled Airbnb customer support, property management operations, and resolution management.

Responsibilities:
Manage Airbnb and property management guest communications, including escalations and conflict resolution
Handle guest complaints and follow resolution SOPs
Oversee scheduling, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests
Maintain accurate records and reporting using Asana
Communicate with the team daily using communication tools
Follow SOPs and update documentation as needed
Requirements:
Familiar with Hospitable, Turno, and Asana
Mandatory property management and Airbnb support experience
Strong background in customer service and handling difficult guest situations
Proficiency with tech stack
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and backup plan
