Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate Behavioral Health - CA License-Remote National.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine appropriate levels of patient care based on documentation
• Manage mental health cases and coordinate benefits across various treatment levels
• Data entry of clinical documentation into the County's Electronic Health Record or designated database

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed, Master's Degree Clinician in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields
• Licenses must be independent, active, and unrestricted in California
• 2+ years of experience in a mental health or behavioral health environment
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
• Ability to access the County of San Diego's electronic health records
