Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing accurate information and scheduling appointments
  • Collect and update patient demographics and insurance information, and assist with referrals and authorizations
  • Ensure effective patient experiences by focusing on first contact resolution and maintaining professionalism in all interactions


Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment or high-volume multichannel contact center
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety standards
