Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding life insurance policies, claims, and billing
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and guide them through the claims process
- Maintain compliance with regulations and accurately update customer records in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
