Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Care Advocate (Remote | Temporary Assignment).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across all Claims functions and manage requests for documentation
  • Process records requests and manage claims processing and indexing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and promote services to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year in a professional office environment, preferably in Workers' Compensation or a similar industry
  • Valid driver's license required
  • No certifications required
