Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with system login, navigation, and task execution via phone and email
- Train clients on system features, including advanced functionalities like searching and exporting
- Fulfill account management requests such as account creations and project access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
- Multilingual in English and at least one additional language (German, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish)
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Digital intelligence and literacy, with the ability to communicate information effectively
