Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach engagement strategies for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage customer executive relationships and oversee solution delivery
  • Lead program planning and proactively identify customer blockers to ensure success
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field with 3-4+ years of experience in customer success or related roles
  • 3+ years of global account experience in customer success, including technical deployments
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Products or other cloud technologies
  • 4+ years of experience in consultative/technical sales and deployment projects
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or project management preferred
