Logistics Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Final Mile/Logistics Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually correct shipment and order issues using Oracle EBS and GEA Delivers
• Answer phone calls and emails to resolve issues related to shipments and inventory
• Provide technology support for GEA Delivers and Salesforce to delivery agents

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Excel and web-based applications
• Experience in order service, sales, transportation, or logistics is preferred
