Job Summary
A company is looking for a Final Mile/Logistics Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually correct shipment and order issues using Oracle EBS and GEA Delivers
- Answer phone calls and emails to resolve issues related to shipments and inventory
- Provide technology support for GEA Delivers and Salesforce to delivery agents
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and web-based applications
- Experience in order service, sales, transportation, or logistics is preferred
