About the position
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Requirements
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
Nice-to-haves
• USB wired headset (recommended, but not mandatory if you have another compatible headset)
