Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Above average understanding of Internet and/or wireless technology preferred
- Basic to intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow instructions and document clearly
