A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via various communication channels
  • Resolve billing issues and guide customers through their account management
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Above average understanding of Internet and/or wireless technology preferred
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow instructions and document clearly
