Key Responsibilities
- Utilize automated systems to schedule assessments for Registered Nurses in both in-home and facility settings
- Document all interactions during the scheduling process accurately and timely
- Respond to inquiries regarding assessments and scheduling, providing effective resolutions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience within the healthcare industry
- At least 1 year of scheduling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
