A company is looking for a Temporary Broker Call Center Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality online and telephone assistance to customers, including members, brokers, and employers
- Resolve inquiries and issues related to eligibility, benefits, claims processes, and other customer support functions
- Make recommendations for process improvements and maintain communication with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience in customer service and handling a high volume of calls
- Familiarity with telephone protocol and documenting calls
- Excellent listening skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
