Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Broker Call Center Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality online and telephone assistance to customers, including members, brokers, and employers
  • Resolve inquiries and issues related to eligibility, benefits, claims processes, and other customer support functions
  • Make recommendations for process improvements and maintain communication with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and handling a high volume of calls
  • Familiarity with telephone protocol and documenting calls
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
