Job Summary

A company is looking for a PartnersACCESS Specialist, QP (Remote Option-NC).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings, referrals, and scheduling for members seeking health and behavioral health services
• Assist with authorizations and admissions to various healthcare facilities and services
• Maintain effective working relationships and provide technical assistance to first responders and providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least two years of healthcare or mental health/substance use/intellectual/developmental disabilities experience
• Preferred: LPN with at least four years of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of health, mental health, substance use, and related laws and resources
• Excellent computer skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment in screening and referral processes
