Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale relationships for assigned U.S. Department of Defense accounts to ensure measurable mission impact
- Co-create and execute tailored Customer Success Plans to align with customers' priorities and drive specific actions for success
- Monitor customer usage data and health indicators to develop strategies for success and reduce churn risk
Required Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, or related customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to lead and uncover business challenges faced by customers
- Experience in documenting strategies or success plans with customers and stakeholders
- Experience working with large corporations that have complex structures and multiple business priorities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks effectively
