Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sale relationships for assigned U.S. Department of Defense accounts to ensure measurable mission impact
  • Co-create and execute tailored Customer Success Plans to align with customers' priorities and drive specific actions for success
  • Monitor customer usage data and health indicators to develop strategies for success and reduce churn risk
Required Qualifications
  • Up to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, or related customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to lead and uncover business challenges faced by customers
  • Experience in documenting strategies or success plans with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience working with large corporations that have complex structures and multiple business priorities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks effectively
