Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for their solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot basic customer problems
  • Accurately record cases and establish case priorities while managing an individual open case queue
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of previous phone technical support experience
  • Understanding of remote tools and basic networking
  • Previous enterprise/mid-sized software support or delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs
  • Knowledge of banking practices is helpful
