Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for their solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot basic customer problems
- Accurately record cases and establish case priorities while managing an individual open case queue
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of previous phone technical support experience
- Understanding of remote tools and basic networking
- Previous enterprise/mid-sized software support or delivery experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs
- Knowledge of banking practices is helpful
