Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to all customers and assist them in navigating the cloud application
- Verify technical documents submitted by end users and resolve complex issues
- Record interaction details in Service Cloud and support customer billing and subscription inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English
- Call center experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of PC and related applications
- Ability to learn online software systems
- Self-motivated and adaptable to new information or skills
