Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Associate, Nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Call Center agent for Patient Access Registration activities
• Ensure patient accounts are complete with valid insurance and current demographic/clinical data
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and process payments while presenting financial options

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, a clinical role, or related clerical accounting/finance/retail
• No specific licensure or certification required by law
• Three years of healthcare Revenue Cycle/Call Center experience preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
