- Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Property and Casualty license required for this role
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
