  • Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Property and Casualty license required for this role
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
