- Resolve enrollment errors and provide training and support to clients' HR teams
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong technical skills and experience with benefit administration systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
