Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and build clients on designated benefit administration systems and manage open enrollment processes
  • Resolve enrollment errors and provide training and support to clients' HR teams
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong technical skills and experience with benefit administration systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
