Key Responsibilities
- Set up new accounts and make modifications for assigned clients
- Accurately place supply orders and assist with large projects
- Generate reports and assist with various tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of applicable customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic)
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience in occupational drug testing preferred
