Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Management Order Entry Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage and processing
- Process durable medical equipment and prosthetic & orthotic orders, routing them to appropriate providers
- Reach out to payers and providers to obtain information on orders as needed
Required Qualifications
- Ability to type at or above 45 WPM
- Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Reliable, highly motivated self-starter capable of multitasking and working independently
- Service orientation with a focus on helping the department and company
- Demonstrated ability to manage production throughput and escalate issues as necessary
