A company is looking for an Owner Relations Agent to join their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding various issues, including revenue and land inquiries
- Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow up on unresolved issues
- Build relationships with clients and manage difficult situations effectively
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of industry-related experience in revenue accounting, land, JIB, or production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and oil and gas software programs
- High School degree or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client situations simultaneously
