Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative who will serve as the initial point of contact for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by scheduling and confirming appointments and performing data entry
  • Interview new patients to match them with appropriate clinics and gather necessary demographic and insurance information
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information and ensure a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a medical or call-center setting
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
  • Experience in scheduling, registration, billing, or as an administrative assistant
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
