A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative who will serve as the initial point of contact for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by scheduling and confirming appointments and performing data entry
- Interview new patients to match them with appropriate clinics and gather necessary demographic and insurance information
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information and ensure a positive patient experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a medical or call-center setting
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
- Experience in scheduling, registration, billing, or as an administrative assistant
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
