Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist I to facilitate patient engagement through telephonic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to members to introduce the program and assist with enrollment and scheduling
- Manage a daily queue of members for outreach, with performance measured by call completion and enrollment rates
- Document interactions with members accurately and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor during all communications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in a high call volume setting strongly preferred
- Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
