Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist, Temporary (Bilingual Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
- Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to book appointments with patients
- Educate patients on the importance of in-home health services and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless experience
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (ability to speak, read, and write)
- Residence in the eastern time zone
- At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, patient-centered service
