A company is looking for a Call Center Support Rep to provide appointment setting services for automotive dealerships nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-quality calls to set appointments for automotive dealerships
• Represent the automotive dealership positively and professionally at all times
• Navigate multiple platforms and programs while assisting customers on the phone

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and experience with multiple platforms
• Ability to work in a quiet environment free from background noise
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including nights and weekends
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
