Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-SCA.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and process inquiries from members and providers regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims
- Resolve customer service or billing complaints and maintain records of customer interactions
- Educate providers on claim submissions and perform follow-up tasks to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year of call center experience
- Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Must reside within driving distance of El Paso, TX or Tallahassee, FL
