Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research
  • Assist in implementing end-to-end readiness programs and mentor new engineers
  • Identify process gaps and provide feedback for product and tool improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements
  • Advanced skills in troubleshooting and collaboration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support or IT consulting
  • Solid understanding of client/server and networking fundamentals
