Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues through problem solving, collaboration, and research
- Assist in implementing end-to-end readiness programs and mentor new engineers
- Identify process gaps and provide feedback for product and tool improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience, or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet security screening requirements
- Advanced skills in troubleshooting and collaboration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support or IT consulting
- Solid understanding of client/server and networking fundamentals
