Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Nurse Navigator RN in Hematology/Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate patients through the continuum of care, acting as a liaison between the physician, departments, and the patient
• Establish specific nursing goals to guide care planning and promote self-reliance
• Provide disease and treatment-specific education and assist with social services needs

Required Qualifications

• BSN plus three years of recent clinical nursing experience
• CA RN License
• BLS certification if working in a clinical setting
• ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification
• Preferred: MSN and OCN or ONN-CG certification
